By registering and becoming a member of ugly bu!, also known as UGLYBU.COM, I hereby authorize registered Editors, the website owners, and administrators of UGLYBU.COM to post and share published content submitted by me under my registered username, legal name and likeness, for use in news posts, print, online photo galleries, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company related publications.

I hereby release and hold harmless registered members, website owners The iMarket Network, LLC, and administrators of UGLYBU.COM from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the content specified above.

I further acknowledge that my registration and participation is voluntary and that I am not expected to receive compensation of any type associated with the self-submittal, taking, or publication of any content or participation in community marketing advertisements or other publications. Furthermore, I openly acknowledge and agree that the publication of said content confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby release and hold harmless registered members, website owners The iMarket Network, LLC, and administrators of UGLYBU.COM, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials for UGLYBU.COM, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
